Chocolate and banana oats with carob- coated dates, watermelon, sunflower seeds, PB,nectarine, coconut… Yum:)
Today is the Cape Argus Cycle Tour which is a very big world scale race and it’s happening at the bottom of my road and we’re not allowed to drive anywhere.
